As of May 1, 2021, we are proud to announce that California Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation will be switching to our new name and new identity, Symphony Encore! 👏👏👏

Residents and guests will note that the signage on our facility has changed, and the entire team is excited to start a new chapter with our new name and new identity.
